Paul  Cooke

Joined the Marine Projects and Consulting Group in 2007. Paul was the Tug and Barge Sales Manager for Hornbeck Offshore Transportation LLC from 2001 to 2007. Prior to Hornbeck Offshore he worked for the Hess Corporation, Tug and Barge Division, from 1974 to 2001 in various sales and marketing capacities.
